VA Portland to Celebrate Opening of New Vancouver Clinic

Vancouver Primary Care Clinic Grand Opening and Open House: 
Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 10:30 -- 11:30 a.m. 
Location: VA Portland Health Care System, Vancouver Campus, 
1601 E. 4th Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98661 

Vancouver Primary Care Clinic Information; 
VA has been serving Veterans in Vancouver with Primary Care services since May 1946, when President Truman authorized the transfer of the U.S. Army Barnes General Hospital to the VA. 

Clinic details: 
* 21,340 square feet 
* 30 exam rooms for 10 Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) and integrated Mental Health Services 
* 46 added parking spaces 
* Clinic services to Veterans are scheduled to start on Aug. 14. 

Vancouver Military Order of the Cooties & the 
Daughters of the American Revolution are providing refreshments during the event.
