Mosaic Medical is pleased to welcome Dr. Jim Guyn, Chandra Atwood, Rod Ray, and Marni Hougham to our board of directors. As a nonprofit community health center organization, Mosaic Medical is governed by a patient-majority board of directors. Our four new board members come from varied backgrounds and with a wide variety of life and professional experience.
Guyn brings extensive medical experience to our board, having spent over 30 years as a family practice physician, working in several national and international practices. He is currently the senior vice president of population health at St. Charles Health System. Chandra Atwood is a local business owner, parent and community advocate. Atwood and her family have lived in Central Oregon for twelve years and are the owners of The Green UnDent Company, LLC. Rod Ray is a longtime Bend resident and retired CEO of Bend Research. He is a past board member of Volunteers in Medicine and the Family Resource Center and past board chair of the Deschutes County Mental Health Advisory Board. Additionally, he was a member of the St. Charles Health System Strategy and Finance Committee. Hougham is from Redmond and works for Epic Property Management. She is currently the community manager for Cook Crossing in Redmond. She is also active in the Redmond Chamber of Commerce.
“We are very pleased to welcome these four talented individuals to our board of directors," said Mosaic Medical DEO Megan Haase. "They all bring different backgrounds, perspectives and skill sets to our board and we appreciate their willingness to share their life experience and leadership with our organization, our patients and the community.”
