Lynne Saxton, director of the Oregon Health Authority, hinted at what to expect when she appeared at our December breakfast forum, which drew a capacity crowd of more than 200 attendees. “We have to make gains in public health that will pay off in overall health,” she said, referencing Rep. Mitch Greenlick, D-Portland, who’s heading that initiative.
