Healthcare Communicators of Oregon Fall Conference to be held Friday, November 13

Portland, Ore. – November 9, 2015 – Healthcare Communicators of Oregon (HCO) will hold its fall conference this Friday, November 13, 2015 from 8:30a.m. – 3:30p.m. at the Oregon Medical Association in Portland, Oregon.

The fall conference will feature workshops with HTK Marketing, “Building a Movement that Engages Patients and Creates Real Behavior Change”; Anvil Media, “Online Reputation Management 101”; and Gard Communications, “Telling Your Stories with the Media – Strategies for Breaking Through.”

The featured speaker is Sarah Hardwick, founder and CEO of Zenzi Communications, who will present on getting into the hearts and minds of customers with values marketing.

“The health care industry in Oregon is evolving more rapidly than ever before, and HCO’s fall conference will create opportunities for health care professionals to learn and exchange ideas,” said Christina Vander Werf, president of HCO’s board of directors.

Formed in 1985, HCO is the Pacific Northwest’s only marketing and communications organization that focuses solely on the health care industry. HCO is a resource for industry professionals to learn from national and regional experts, share case studies and network with peers.
