BOSTON – Today, Boston-based DentaQuest announced that it has completed its acquisition of Advantage Dental following the receipt of the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation’s approval and the expiration of a 60-day waiting period. DentaQuest now has a majority stake in Advantage Dental and will be working closely with the company’s more than 300 dentist-owners to leverage best practices and grow the unique model of care.
