De Paul Treatment Centers is pleased to announce that Jessica Gregg, M.D., Ph.D., has joined the organization as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Gregg will lead De Paul's strategic vision for the integration of the medical and substance use disorder (SUD) programs across the organization and future programming. Bringing over a decade of experience in the medical and addiction treatment fields, she began her medical career in primary care at OHSU, where she co-founded the OHSU Department of Medicine's Social Medicine curriculum in partnership with City Central Concern. She subsequently became the medical director for Central City Concern's Hooper Detoxification and Stabilization Center, and eventually assumed the role of Senior Medical Director for Substance Use Disorder Services for the agency.
Dr. Gregg most recently served on the faculty at OHSU where she worked with patients as part of OHSU’s inpatient addiction medicine consult service, directed OHSU’s Addiction Medicine ECHO programs, developed OHSU’s HRBR clinic, and served as the Associate Program Director for the OHSU Addiction Medicine Fellowship.
“I am excited to be joining De Paul and extremely eager to help strengthen De Paul’s collaborations with community partners and to expand the use of evidence-based medication treatment and harm reduction practices across all of De Paul’s treatment settings,” says Dr. Gregg. “Our organization is thrilled to have Dr. Gregg leading the development of our strategic vision for the integration of the medical program and addiction treatment, increasing our impact across the community,” says CEO, Maree Wacker.
