Regence President Bart McMullan to Step Down

Keith Forrester Joins Kaiser

Keith Forrester has joined Kaiser Permanente as director of regional large group sales and account management. Most recently he held a similar role at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon where he successfully achieved new business, retention and profitability goals. He brings 18 years experience in insurance sales. Before joining Regence, Keith was sales manager with Prudential Group Insurance and held several sales positions with Standard Insurance. Mike Cerdan Leaves Regence

Mike Cerdan left Regence to join Kaiser Permanente as its manager of regional large group sales. He was the manager of account executives with Regence for 2 1/2 years and earlier spent 10 years with the Premera family of companies; the last seven with LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon. He began his insurance career as an underwriter with MetLife in 1986 and is a graduate of CSU Sacramento. Read More >>
