Governor Kitzhaber to Celebrate Opening of Telehealth Clinic

(Salem, OR) — Governor Kitzhaber will participate in a tour and ribbon cutting for Providence Health eXpress, a new worksite clinic near the state Capitol. Providence Health & Services is partnering with the State of Oregon to provide worksite telehealth stations, where patients can access quality health care services through secure video conferencing for minor medical conditions. The Governor will also participate in a live video chat with a nurse practitioner.
