Job Description:

Provides overall contract management support to behavioral health and clinical services to clients. Areas of responsibilities include liaison with contractor, budget development and monitoring, continuous quality and risk management, clinical and administrative supervision of program supervisors. Clinical and administrative supervision of service providers. Oversight of facilities and administrative manager. Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health services and systems and be able to work within that structure. Required Qualifications and Experience:

A Masters or Doctorate in counseling, social work, or related field. Meet the criteria of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and pass a ODHS criminal background check, which may include fingerprinting. Licensure in a clinical field is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, LCSW). A minimum of five years experience providing family therapy, in-home services, and/or work with high risk families. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a related field is also required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management and record keeping software.
